Software Registration
Within the framework of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative, a new software registration process via the Software Registration app will be introduced.
With the launch of Software Registration app,
which are connected to any Deutsche Börse interfaces need to be registered via the new app. During the registration process, the software owner is required to provide details of the software, including supported markets, environments, and functionality.
With the upcoming changes to the Exchange Rules and Clearing Conditions, planned for June 2025, Trading Participants and Clearing Members will be allowed to use only self-developed and/or software developed by ISVs that is registered in the Software Registration app.
1. Software developed by ISVs
As of 30 October 2024, all registered Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) are required to register their software which connects to any Deutsche Börse interface (i.e., ETI, FIX LF, FIXML, FpML, API, and FIX), using the Software Registration app.
2. Software developed by Participants
As of 14 February 2025, Trading Participants and Clearing Members, who use self-developed software to connect to Deutsche Börse interfaces, are required to register their software via the new app.
