Eurex Clearing AG fulfils its disclosure obligations in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
As of 1 January 2014, disclosure requirements on remuneration will be published according to the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (commonly known as "Capital Requirements Regulation", "CRR") in conjunction with the German Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions (Institutsvergütungsverordnung, "InstitutsVergV") in the respective applicable version.
Further, the respective remuneration policy of Eurex Clearing AG ensures that remuneration is in line with the regulatory requirements according to the Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (commonly known as "European Market Infrastructure Regulation", "EMIR") since 2013.
