A. Documentation Update
On 8 September 2025, the Functional Changes section of the Functional Release Notes for EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0 was updated to provide details regarding the staggered introduction of the Full Portfolio Transfer with full collateral functionality.
Specifically, with the initial deployment of this functionality on 10 November 2025, only cash collateral transfers will be supported within the production environment. Activation of the full collateral transfer capability is scheduled for 8 December 2025.
This staged rollout will also be mirrored in the simulation environment: beginning 1 October 2025, only cash collateral transfers for full portfolio transfers will be available. Clients will have the opportunity to test the full portfolio transfer with full collateral starting from 18 November 2025.
Additionally, a focus week dedicated to testing the complete functionality is planned from 18 November to 20 November 2025. For further details on focus week testing, please refer to the Member Simulation Guide under System Documentation in the Member Section.
B. Publication of Additional Documentation
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing announces the publication of additional documentation in reference to EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0.

Please note that an updated version of the “EurexOTC Clear Procedures Manual” will be published on 24 October 2025.

EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0 will be launched in production on 10 November 2025, and simulation will start on 1 October 2025, as announced in Eurex Clearing Circular 055/25.
