Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Contact Information Request for impacts from Clearstream’s UNO initiative

With reference to the initial announcement in Eurex Clearing Circular 013/25, Eurex Clearing would like to draw your attention to this Newsflash, in order to establish all communication channels for this migration project.

To support the successful rollout of Eurex Clearing-related activities in context of Clearstream’s initiative “Unified for New Opportunities” (UNO), we kindly ask you to provide us the contact information of the project’s coordinator(s) from your side.

With reference to the initial announcement in Eurex Clearing Circular 013/25, Eurex Clearing would like to draw your attention to this Newsflash, in order to establish all communication channels for this migration project.

Therefore, further possibilities to gain information about the impact of Project UNO for Eurex Clearing customers have been established.

  • The new UNO project support page with project information and communication has been made available under: Support > Initiatives & Releases > Readiness for Projects > UNO​. It contains project-related information, such as overall project timeline, Member documentation and changes to existing processes.
  • New email mailbox - uno.ecag@eurex.com - as a central point of contact for functional inquiries dedicated to changes that fall within Eurex Clearing’s scope.

To ensure that Eurex Clearing has the relevant contact information, we would like to ask you to provide us with the contact details of the UNO coordinators who will be supporting the settlement accounts and securities collateral accounts migration on your side.

Please complete the contact details via MS-Forms, so we can ensure our support for all clients to proceed with this mandatory migration: UNO Coordinator Form.

Please provide the UNO coordinators at the latest by 15 October 2025.
