With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing provides you with information on availability of billing reports in production and on adjustments to the structure of C7 SCS reports.

1. Minor adjustments to XML header structure and treatment of optional fields in C7 SCS reports
a. Minor adjustments to XML header structure
Based on positive Member feedback, it has been decided to introduce minor adjustments to the XML header structure for C7 SCS reports. The header formats of currently existing reports were adapted to fit to the definition provided by XSD schemata, which indicates also the use of xmlns-tag.

The tags in the reports were updated according to XSD, i.e.:
b. Treatment of optional fields in C7 SCS reports
The provision of XML version for C7 SCS reports has been amended and in case if no value is given, optional fields are omitted and not delivered as <fieldname/>.
2. Availability of billing reports in C7 SCS production
As part of C7 SCS Release 1.0, billing reports (CB225, CB320, CB325 and CB350) will be available in the production environment as of 27 September 2021. As usual, these reports will be delivered to the Common Report Engine (CRE) for the Members to retrieve.
