Eurex Circular 076/25 Equity Index Derivatives: Amendment to the Eurex Flow Incentive Model

1.    Introduction

Eurex Clearing AG and Eurex Frankfurt AG (together “Eurex”) introduced the scheme “Flow Incentive Model” as of 1 January 2025, announced with Eurex Circular 027/25.
 

The Executive Boards of EFAG and ECAG have decided to amend the “Publication” section of the Conditions of the Eurex Flow Incentive Model with effect from 12 September 2025.
 

2.    Required action

The amendment to the Terms includes a clarification of the publication rights and obligations arising from this program. A re-registration is not required.

Details on the amendment can be viewed in the Terms attached to this circular.

3.    Details of the initiative

The Eurex Flow Incentive Model is an incentive scheme for selected Equity Index Futures (MSCI, Sector, Dividend and Total Return Futures) targeting Trading Participants who make a significant contribution to the further growth in these product segments.

To receive additional rebates on their net transaction fees accumulated in these selected segments, Trading Participants need to fulfil certain requirements which are defined in the Terms of the Model.
