1.   Introduction

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decision with effect from 15 July 2025:

  • Due to the withdrawal of the CCP eligibility of Amrize shares, the settlement method for Amrize shares as part of the Holcim-Amrize Basket options (HOLB and HOBE) will change from physical to cash. Upon exercise of a Holcim-Amrize Basket position, settlement is processed by delivery of 100 Holcim shares and settlement of 100 Amrize shares in cash. The cash settlement value will be calculated based on the closing price of Amrize shares on the day of the exercise.
  • The admission to trading of options on Amrize shares on 21 July 2025, as announced in Eurex Circular 062/25, will be cancelled.

There is no action required for participation.
