Singapore whereabouts

Where to go: Take a ride on the largest ferris wheel “Singapore Flyer” in Singapore which is approximately 42 stories high, and enjoy the exciting rides at the Universal Studio which is situated on one of the islands in Singapore, Sentosa. You could either take a bus, taxi, tram or cable car to the island.  

What to see: Visit the Garden by the Bay, a park located opposite Marina Bay Sands, spanning 101 hectares. This is where you could find two cooled conservatories – Flower Dome and Cloud Forest which are designed to showcase the energy efficient and all weather flowers within the garden. You may also find 22-metre high Super Trees where you could take a walk on the alleviated skywalk in the day and enjoy a breathtaking view of the garden. The Super Trees will lit up with different colored lightings in the evening which makes it a romantic dating place.

Where to eat: Breakfast at the Killiney Kopitiam, afternoon tea at the Singapore own teahouse TWG, lunch at Lau Pat Sat, the oldest hawker center in Singapore, dinner at the Long Beach at Dempsey hill where you could try out the delicious Chilli crabs.

Where to party: The most popular night club, Zouk, organized their annual night out at Siloso Beach, Sentosa. This is when you put on your bikinis and party on the beach with famous guest DJs. Clark Quay is where you can find several bars to chill out. Ladies will be able to enjoy free cover charges and drinks on Wednesdays and Thursdays for selective bars and clubs.

Where to shop: Singapore is a shopping paradise. Along Orchard Road is where you can find the biggest shopping mall, Ngee Ann City, which consists of the Japanese shopping center Takashimaya and many luxurious shops such as Chanel, and LV. Close to Ngee Ann City, you can also find other malls such as Orchard Ion, Paragon, 313, Orchard Central, Tangs, Far East Plaza, Shaw Tower for your shopping pleasure.
