New equity options round out MDAX® offering

From now on Eurex Exchange offers its members the opportunity to trade options on all 50 constituents of MDAX®.
17 new equity options - 14 stocks included in the MDAX® and three SDAX® components - complement the successful
German segment as of today.
In 2011 as well as in January 2012, German equity options were Eurex' most heavily traded equity options
segment. To boost this trend, our equity options offering will soon also cover all TecDAX® shares - on
February 24 we will launch another 17 equity options. Today, Eurex lists 102 options on German underlyings.
A broad product choice is only one element to provide the groundwork for a successful trading - an ideal
general framework is just as important. We have therefore standardized the contract sizes and contract month across
the German equity options to achieve higher transparency and allow for more attractive fees. The new 17 equity
options of course feature these standard specifications.
