As an Intern at the Clearing Product Design department of Eurex Clearing you will experience capital market dynamics at first hand. Being the central interface for the development of clearing services within Deutsche Boerse Group, you will become aware with the functionalities of a clearing house while being involved in the realisation of robust business solutions which ensure integrity and stability of the capital markets and meet the needs of the regulatory requirements. You will gain deep insights into the strategic challenges of Central Counterparties and gather valuable practical experience in the clearing value chain. You will be actively involved in our clearing service optimization processes and participating in diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks in an innovative company.

Your responsibilities

  • Support project managers in the development of new business concepts
  • Perform diverse analyses and present their results to team members and the management
  • Review and revise internal processes and elaborate potential improvements
  • Support the creation of business concepts and the launch of new products
  • Coordinate and support internal and cross-divisional communication within the clearing house

Our requirements

  • Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by state during their internship
  • Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first year of their university studies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • A competent handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • A strong interest in capital and stock markets

There are numerous good reasons to work for us: responsibility at an early stage, an international work environment and a varied internship-/ studentprogram. *If you want to complete a voluntary internship, i.e. not compulsory based on provisions in higher education law, the maximum duration is three months. When completing a compulsory internship, the duration corresponds to the length of time regulated by your study regulations.
